My Dell XPS laptop had died six months previously and I feared that resurrection would either be impossible or exorbitantly pricey. I was wrong. This wonderful man ran precise diagnostics, provided effective repair, and - as a bonus - upgraded me to Windows 11 and cleaned the computer inside and out. And all for less than three figures.
